Our full-time Training Coordinators with extensive experience in the areas of Client Service, Paraplanning and Compliance and are qualified around training and education, to make sure all our staff have well-rounded preparation to provide only the best back-office financial planning experience there is to offer.

In the beginning
All our talents experienced it from the get-go until they’re up and running. Our new recruits are subject to an intensive induction process to provide them with the knowledge and skills they require to be valued members of our team.
The first week comprises a company induction to introduce our new staff to our company, our core values, and our culture and to provide them with an appreciation of our approach to our business and clients. Recruits are then provided
Training never stops at Qwrk Outsourcing (formerly SMSF Paraplanners). After the rigorous sessions with our super trainers, their learning continues with occupation-specific training to provide them with the knowledge and practical skills they require to be valued members of our team.
Ongoing education
In addition to our induction training, we have a comprehensive suite of training available within our dedicated Learning Management System which enables our staff to tackle new topics and challenges as they continue on their career paths. Ad-hoc training is also created and delivered on a regular basis in response to legislative and policy changes, and also to provide staff with an opportunity to further their knowledge.
PARAPLANNERS
Our Paraplanners undergo the Australian Certification/Qualification (RG146/ADP) and complies with the CPD requirements. Internal training is being provided to ensure that our Paraplanners are equipped with knowledge with respect to the strategies and are on top of legislation changes to better assist you.
Paraplanners are also required to complete a minimum of 40-hour Professional Development training each year to ensure that they are up to date with the ever-changing landscape of Financial Services.
COMPLIANCE
We keep up with legislative and licensee policy updates and ensure this information is passed on to relevant parties to make sure we can deliver top-notch and compliant quality advice documents.
Compliance staff are also required to complete a minimum of 40-hour Professional Development training each year to ensure that they are up to date with the ever-changing landscape of Financial Services.
CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
Our Client Services Officers undergo practice-specific training with the client following their induction lessons. These training sessions are conducted with the assistance of the CSO Team Lead to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
SOFTWARE SERVICES
Continuous training is run to ensure that our Data Analysts are provided with information to gather, analyse, and manipulate your data effectively to suit your needs.
DATA SECURITY TRAINING
All staff are required to complete mandatory monthly training on Cybersecurity to ensure that they can protect themselves and the company against cyber-attacks and threats. These include very recent case study readings to know about the latest events in the cybersecurity world. This is then followed by a graded test to gauge our staff’s knowledge on the subject matter.
